Hi there, only like another person shared hither (who wrote about: "too many gtlitches. back up stopped") I experienced that the support gave me the silent treatment after I had so many glitches with the paid version of this player that I asked for a refund. Significant: as long equally I was giving them directions every bit to what was not working, they responded actually fast. And once I was running into so many problems with this plugin that I got really bellyaching and therefore asked for a refund, the support stopped answering to my emails. To give you a few examples of the problems I ran into: the plugin promises to be a fully customizable sound player which it is clearly non: - when you identify a standard player underneath a playlist player, the standard player remains invisible and the playlist role player looks really messed up with the volume knob overlapping graphics of the player - when you activate the download role for the playlist role player, the download button doesn't show up in the playlist histrion - yous cannot click on the "echo button" in a playlist player, the playlist player doesn't echo the playlist (actually this is besides not performance on their website which unfortunately I didn't try out beforehand. Yous can observe this by clicking on "demo11".) I could keep and on. Merely I don't have the free energy or time for this. If y'all desire to ready your plugin, do so, merely I am not interested in participating in this process. I kindly ask yous once more to give me my money back. Thank you!

Useful plugin for embed docs

Works every bit advertised - customer support is excellent. Private sound files were working fine but playlist did not work in Safari at all. Purchased the Pro version - still nothing. Contacted support and within 24 hours they sent over a new version personally. Works now. Groovy plugin - great client support!
